Installation

You have received an email with a link created especially for your AXLE account.

If you have any problems at all simply contact your AXLE support for priority assistance.

Usage

Once your Zoom account is connected to your AXLE account, any of your users who are scheduled for a virtual class will receive an email or text notification with a link to the Zoom meeting for that class. You will also be sent a "Start Session" link to begin the Zoom session. Your users can join you in the Zoom session together just like any other Zoom session.

Trouble shooting

If you experience any difficulties, please uninstall and reinstall Zoom by following the instructions above. If you need any assistance using your Zoom session, please reference the Zoom website for how to use a Zoom session. If you are still having trouble, please contact your AXLE support for priority assistance.
